Regional Transit Service – Rochester, NY
The greatest challenge of this map was to effectively communicate the large number of routes serving the city of Rochester, NY in a very small physical size that would fold into a credit-card size piece.
By simplifying the base map into essential streets and landmarks, I was able to show all of the routes in a clear manner and distinguish between their system of Frequent Service, Local Service, Crosstown/Suburban Service, and Commuter Service.
